Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by HARISH CHANDRO RAYANS. you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Services Offered
H C RAYANS offers a range of services including but not limited to Digital Marketing, Web Development, Video Production, Creative Solutions, and other related services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”).
Payment
Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for the Services as specified in the proposal or agreement provided by H C RAYANS. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule, and failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
Service Non-Delivery: If, for any reason, H C RAYANS is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services. - Refund Requests
Clients must submit refund requests in writing to hcrayans@gmail. com within 7 days of the completion of the service. The refund request must include the following information: - Client name and contact information
- Service details
- Explanation of the reasons for the refund request
- Supporting documentation, if applicable
- Refund Process
Once a refund request is received, H C RAYANS will review the request within 3 business days. We may request additional information or clarification from the client if needed.
If the refund request is approved, H C RAYANS will process the refund within 3 business days through the original payment method. - Non-Refundable Services
Certain services may be deemed non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to, consultation fees, assessment fees, video production charge, model remuneration and any expenses incurred by H C RAYANS on behalf of the client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary information, access, and approvals required for the successful delivery of the Services. Delays caused by the client may result in adjustments to project timelines.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the rights to the final deliverables provided by H C RAYANS. H C RAYANS retains the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes.
Confidentiality
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in the event of a material breach by the other party. Upon termination, clients are responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date.
Changes to Terms
H C RAYANS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
By engaging in business with H C RAYANS you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

শর্তাবলীর সম্মতি
আইএমবিডি এজেন্সি লিমিটেডের সেবা সমূহ গ্রহণের মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী গুলোতে সম্মতি প্রকাশ করছেন। আমাদের নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী গুলোর কোন অংশে সম্মত না হলে আমাদের পরিষেবাগুলি ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না।
আমাদের সেবাসমূহ
হরিশ চন্দ্র রায়ান্স ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং, ওয়েব ডেভেলপমেন্ট, ভিডিও প্রোডাকশন, ক্রিয়েটিভ সলিউশন এবং অন্যান্য সম্পর্কিত পরিষেবাগুলি সহ আরও অনেক পরিষেবা প্রদান করে।
পেমেন্ট
এইচ ছি রায়ান্স প্রদত্ত প্রপোজাল বা চুক্তি অনুযায়ী ক্লায়েন্টরা সার্ভিস চার্জ দিতে সম্মত থাকবে। প্রপোজাল বা চুক্তিতে উল্লেখিত সময় অনুযায়ি পেমেন্ট বকেয়া হবে। সময়মতো পেমেন্ট প্রদান করতে ব্যর্থ হলে উল্লেখিত সেবা স্থগিত বা সমাপ্ত হতে পারে৷
রিফান্ড পলিসি
*গ্রহণ যোগ্যতা
নিম্নলিখিত পরিস্থিতিতে রেফাউন্ডের আবেদন করা যেতে পারে:
সেবা প্রদানে বার্থ: যদি কোন কারণে এইচ ছি রায়ান্স উল্লেখিত সেবা প্রদানে বার্থ হয় তাহলে রেফাউন্ডের জন্যে আবেদন করা যাবে।
*আবেদনের নিয়ম
ক্লায়েন্টকে অবশ্যই সেবা গ্রহণের ৭ দিনের মধ্যে hcrayans@gmail.com – এ লিখিতভাবে অর্থ ফেরতের জন্যে আবেদন করতে হবে। আবেদনে নিম্নলিখিত তথ্য অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা আবশ্যক:
- ক্লায়েন্টের নাম এবং যোগাযোগের তথ্য
- গৃহীত সেবার তথ্য
- রিফান্ড আবেদনের কারণ ব্যাখ্যা
- সহায়ক ডকুমেন্টেশন (প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে)
- রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া
আবেদন গ্রহণের পর ৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আবেদনটি পর্যালোচনা করা হবে। প্রয়োজনে আমরা ক্লায়েন্টের কাছ থেকে অতিরিক্ত তথ্যের জন্যে অনুরোধ করতে পারি। আবেদনটি গৃহীত হলে ৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। - নন-রিফান্ডেবল সেবা সমূহ
কিছু সেবার অর্থ অ-ফেরতযোগ্য বলে গণ্য করা হয়। এর মধ্যে রয়েছে, পরামর্শ ফি, মূল্যায়ন ফি, ভিডিও প্রোডাকশন চার্জ, মডেলের সম্মানী এবং ক্লায়েন্টের জন্যে যে কোনো ধরণের খরচ।
ক্লায়েন্টদের দায়িত্ব
ক্লায়েন্ট প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য, অ্যাক্সেস, এবং প্রয়োজনীয় অনুমোদন ও নির্দেশনা প্রদান করে থাকবে। ক্লায়েন্ট যদি প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য ও নির্দেশনা দিতে বিলম্ব করে তাহলে সেবা প্রদানে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি
সম্পূর্ণ অর্থপ্রদানের পরে, ক্লায়েন্ট গৃহীত সেবার মালিকানা অধিকার প্রদত্ত হবে।এইচ ছি রায়ান্স প্রচারমূলক উদ্দেশ্যে প্রজেক্ট গুলি ব্যবহার করার অধিকার বজায় রাখে।
গোপনীয়তা
উভয় পক্ষই অন্য পক্ষের কাছ থেকে প্রাপ্ত সমস্ত তথ্য গোপন রাখবে, যার মধ্যে ব্যবসায়িক পরিকল্পনা, আর্থিক তথ্য এবং প্রযুক্তিগত প্রক্রিয়া সহ আরও অন্যান্য তথ্যাদি বিদ্যমান।
প্রজেক্ট সমাপ্তি উভয় পক্ষ লিখিত নোটিশের মাধ্যমে চুক্তিটি বাতিল করতে পারে।
শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন
এইচ ছি রায়ান্স যে কোনো সময় এই নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। কোনো কিছু পরিবর্তন হলে ক্লায়েন্টদের এই পরিবর্তন সম্পর্কে অবহিত করা হবে।
